Job Responsibilities:

• You are the contact person for the projects within AIX/UNIX
• Drive configuration, troubleshooting, and support for infrastructure
• Proactively maintains tools for monitoring and support
• Optimise the automation methods and develop them further
• Teamwork, independent working, customer orientation and a sure appearance
• Resistance to stress, initiative taking, and team-player skills in a multi-cultural environment are a must
• Respect of strict processes is mandatory, and respect of target dates is essential

Skills Required:

• AIX Unix experiences in production environment - up to 10 years’ experience, ideally IBM certified System Administrator - AIX 6/7
• Troubleshooting experience- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Experience with High Availability Solution (e.g. PowerHA)
• Experience with Virtualization (e.g. PowerVM)
• Experience with VIOS, LVM, HMC, GPFS and SDDPCM
• Bash/Shell scripting and other scripting languages
• English: fluent
• Motivated to support planned overtime if requested
• Architectural background (bonus)
• Experience in Cloud (bonus)
• French or German (bonus)
• Red Hat experience (bonus)
• Solaris experience (bonus)
